Strawberry Thyme Prosecco

A 5-min cocktail! Sweet, bubbly and refreshing with just the perfect amount of strawberries, thyme, limoncello and prosecco!

Ingredients

2 cup strawberries, chopped
1 cup limoncello liqueur
2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
1 750 mL bottle sparkling white wine

Instructions

Combine strawberries, limoncello and thyme, in blender until strawberries are slightly crushed.
Pour strawberry mixture into champagne flutes until half full. Fill glasses with white wine.
Serve immediately.
