These quick and easy bacon, lettuce, avocado and tomato hot dogs would be perfect as a fast-fix weeknight meal!

Ingredients

6 slices bacon
6 hot dogs
6 hot dog buns
¼ cup homemade Ranch
1 cup shredded Romaine lettuce
1 Roma tomato, diced
1 avocado, halved, seeded, peeled and diced

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Wrap each hot dog in a strip of bacon. Add the hot dogs to the grill and cook until the bacon is brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
To assemble the hot dogs, add hot dogs into each hot dog bun, top with Ranch, lettuce, tomato and avocado.
Serve immediately.
